RepDrills is an AI-powered sales practice platform that allows users to run simulated sales drills, receive AI-generated feedback, and track their improvement over time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You must create an account to use RepDrills. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

RepDrills offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content, features, and functionality of RepDrills — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and AI models — are owned by RepDrills and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your drill responses, inputs, and practice data remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide and improve the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

RepDrills uses artificial intelligence to generate drill scenarios, prospect responses, and scoring feedback. AI-generated content is provided for practice and educational purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. It should not be relied upon as professional sales advice for live deals.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it at repdrills.com/privacy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepDrills and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RepDrills and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
